Thou shall use clear and simple language

Thou shall have a multilingual archive

Thou shall have a media archive, not just video (video, audio, images, text, podcasts etc.)

Thou shall include diversity (Cats, naked people, minorities’ news...)

Thou shall design with a semantic logic

Thou shall design responsively and simply; less clicks, more scrolling

Thou shall facilitate uploading and allow partial uploading

Thou shall take into account folksonomy, personalised searching

Thou shall be aware that beautiful and functional is not a contradiction
