9:30-18:30までNETSUGENで缶詰研修でした。 内容は「共創(Co-Creation)」の行い方メソッド。 愛と承認に溢れていました♡ 他人とジブンの違いにも気付けたし、心理的安全性が脅かされることも無く不正解は無い、承認し合い、自然と行動したくなるメソッドに感動しました❣️ 訓練も場数も必要ない、マニュアルに従ってやれば今すぐ行動力溢れる一枚岩のチームができるなんて魔法のようです。さすが文科省に採択されたメソッドだと感じました。 日本で成り上がった旦那衆は中央集権のワンマンが多いからこれ受講して民主化の可能性に気づいてもらいたいです(笑) 会社の成長を止めているのは社長であり、共創したら無限の可能性が広がる。 次回はCo-Creationファシリテーターのロープレやるから、ちゃんと覚えないと❣️ 少年野球時代を思い出させるくらいワクワクが止まらない。 #群馬県 #NETSUGEN #HackCamp (Netsugen) https://www.instagram.com/p/CbBlDUFJCv1/?utm_medium=tumblr

Six Commandments for an Open Archive Platform

Thou shall use open source for the entire stack of the platform

Thou shall recontribute thine code (Git Systems), document your development and support community work

Thou shall create awareness and educate your community about the importance of open source media codecs and containers and provide them to the end user

Thou shall provide API according to an open standard

Thou shall develop the front end based on an open web standard and not hide functionality

Thou shall make your platform user friendly and responsive for downloading, manipulating and remixing the content

La Carpa

Table 2 are discussing how to create a successful campaign action, and the example of La Carpa has been raised. La Carpa was an experience developed by professionals in crisis for the Performing Arts, Visual Arts, architecture and cultural management, distinct from government, providing a great example of self-employment and management, improvement and commitment. A project that in just four years of activity has had a strong international impact. A landmark of Andalusian culture with an incessant cultural activity.

After their contract with the local authorities to run the project on municipal land was ended by the Sevillian city authorities, it took them just a month to be back on their feet. They are now working as part of a collective on 

Red Creativa La Carpa

 (The Creative Network of La Carpa) with 17 partner organisations to transform an abandoned pavilion from Expo '92 into a new creative space.

The process has already seen a variety of organisations come together, from cultural organisations such as our own Zemos98 to archetectural bodies such as Recetas Urbanas (Urban Recipes) and also the institutions; The Universidad internacional de Andalucia (The International University of Andalucia) is part of the new collective. They have worked with the Junta de Andalucia (The local Administration), who own the building, to create an agreement for it’s renovation and use. There is also a strong focus on citizenship and open collaboration on the project.

"We want to create a model of consumption culture in which citizens are involved, be active and decide how they want to participate"

It is this collaboration of all areas of society for a Common (with both a big ‘C’ and a little ‘c’) cultural resource that has led to their current successes. A demonstration that sometimes it is not only about ‘us vs.them’, and opposing the authorities, but also it is about ‘us with them’, and finding some way to work with them for a greater goal.
