Its been a long road but we're finally proud to announce S&S Barbell in Brooklyn, New York! The first and only 24 hour strength gym in the big apple. Two IPF spec powerlifting platforms, three olympic platforms with kilo bumpers and bars, 10 squat stations and over 500 kilos of Rogue calibrated steel plates. S&S Barbell is also the official Squats & Science training center where we'll be testing our newest tech, collecting data on our Velocity Based Training protocols and hosting some great competitions.
