why did you quit the fandom? im curious because i also quit about a year now too

the short answer is ‘what happened to Charlie’

the longer answer is probably something like “what happened to Charlie, plus the last several characters they pointlessly killed over for hardly any significant plot reasons other than a regularly scheduled dose of ManPain™, totally wasting said character’s narrative potential because the show is chronically unable to utilize their secondary characters, plus the fact that they HADNT killed Crowley despite him having been useless for seasons, or the fact that the Winchesters had progressed to a point where they stopped feeling like heroes on account of most of the recent problems being ones of their own selfish making, or the total willful lack of emotional or narrative development or pay-off from any foreshadowing, constantly, to preserve The Brothers Dynamic, & poor treatment of Castiel as a character, & lazy or actively offensive writing in general from many writers, & the overall sense that the show was entirely lacking in anything approaching a cohesive creative vision or even planning, & the realization that there were multiple conflicting visions and narratives but that Charlie’s death proved the one that I wanted to prevail was never going to, & the obvious poor treatment of writers and actors by TPB, and active disdain for fans from TPB, & too much queerbaiting, & also just a growing disillusionment with the nastiness involved in Supernatural fandom politics. Etc.”

Okay. Thanks for explaining.  Hope you took it up with the person who mistagged then.  Before I got off on the OPs I always checked their tags, 9 times out 10 they tagged properly so I leave them alone.  Half the complaints in my Inbox are from people who didn’t bother to see that I tagged properly.
