身為一個邊緣單身狗， 一個人吃兩個甜點配上一杯飲品也是應該的！ 點了招牌巧克力香蕉杯子蛋糕、 季節限定草莓塔、 還有日本小山園抹茶牛奶。 他們家的杯子蛋糕， 吃起來不是那種鬆軟的海綿蛋糕口感， 而是比較紮實的口感， 一咬下去先聞到的是濃濃的香蕉味， 嚼著嚼著， 慢慢出現的是上面巧克力的香味。 草莓塔的味道也很棒， 塔皮的口感是偏硬的像是餅乾一般的口感， 所以不是說很好切， 但是咬起來真的很香也很有口感， 用了香草莢的卡士達醬， 香而不甜膩， 略酸的草莓， 讓嘴巴裡的層次很豐富不無聊， 卡士達醬的質地是比較水的， 所以當他從冰箱裡拿出來， 就要盡快食用， 不然就會退冰。 使用日本小山園的抹茶牛奶， 味道不是說太甜， 奶味也是較淡的， 而抹茶的濃度， 就算是不喜歡抹茶的人也可以接受的口味， 但對於抹茶控的我， 覺得可以再濃一點。 也難過好朋友跟學妹連續兩天都來這邊吃甜點， 真的是CP值滿高的一家店， 重點是他的營業時間是晚上七點營業到凌晨十二點， 讓晚上想吃甜點的人不會沒有地方去。 營業時間基本上是晚上7:00-0:00， 但是實際營業時間以臉書公告為主！ 對了，他們外帶🥡要自己帶容器喔， 請大家為環保盡一份心力！ As a single man , get 2 desserts and a drink when I go to the dessert store is a normal thing for me . This time i got a Signature Banana cupcake with Chocolate ganache , Seasonal Strawberry Tart , and Matcha Milk ( hot ) . 🍌 Signature Banana cupcake with Chocolate ganache 🍫 The texture of cupcake is more solid not the soft sponge cake . When you bit cake you can taste the heavy banana flavor at first , then chocolate aroma will comes when you swallow it . 🍓 Seasonal Strawberry Tart The texture of tart pastry just like the cookie , not easy to cut when you eat . Custard is watery and taste is not too greasy and you can see the vanilla beans inside . 🍵 Matcha Milk The matcha powder is from Japan It taste not too much sweet and bitter . It’s good for the people not a matcha aholic but acceptable one .
