The Thornes lined up an arranged Marriage for Aurora with the Prince family at her birth but not long after, she was cursed to prick her finger on a spinning wheel and die. The curse was lessened but she was sent away to live in hiding in the muggle world as Briar Rose with her three guardians. After falling into a coma for a number of years, she awoke and was reintegrated with society. The world of magic and wealth is entirely new to her, as is her arranged marriage.
