Prompt: AU, for Deadboyween

I loved Scooby Doo so much as a kid, I think I watched practically all of the shows and movies at the time. And with Niko liking it and showing it to Edwin, it felt fitting to recreate this shot with the DBDA characters. And of course the book is the one from Niko’s case. I tried to draw them in the right style but admittedly it’s not my usual style and I struggled a bit

So yeah, Charles and Edwin dressed as Gomez and Morticia, dancing together! A couple details might’ve gotten more thought than absolutely necessary, but I like them (Charles’ shoe lace color, the picture of Cousin Itt, giving Charles an eyebrow slit even though he doesn’t have one because I always give him one, etc etc) To clarify: know Morticia’s dress is actually longer, but I couldn’t figure it out with the legs, I’m sorry

Delirium

Prompt: the endless, for @deadboyween

Ok, admittedly I’ve never seen Sandman or read the comics, and I didn’t have a ton of ideas but I’m pretty happy with how this came out. Apparently Delirium appears in a lot of different forms, but there’s always the one green and gray eye and the one blue one, so I put those in.

This is more based on a few definitions I found of the word ‘delirium’ than the character herself (except the eyes, of course). So it’s supposed to be a sort of incoherent portrayal of Edwin in hell with the spider demon stalking after him. I wasn’t totally sure about the detail of the baby doll head as the pupil of the green eye with tiny spiders as the doll’s eyes, but I think I’m glad I ended up going with it. I liked playing around with perspective (or like direction?) with parts of it being a bit twisted around. And the blood dripping up from under Edwin into the black part with the eyes vs down from the corner of the green eye. The colors were also pretty interesting to do, I tried to go for a sort of overwhelming look. I wanted the art to look like a lot of different pieces but hopefully like they’re tied together in a way that works
