I really need to get this fucking diet back on the road. So from now on:
Breakfast: 1 cup of muesli or 2 slices of bread. Just one coffee.
11 o’clock: have a snack. Fruit or yoghurt.
Lunch (1-2o’clock): soup or yoghurt (with solids)
4 o’clock: snack (something with grains.)
Dinner: warm meal. Not more than one plate.

Finished the first two missions on Zombies, Run! an I love it omg but I am not going to be able to walk tomorrow because I don't exercise ever
When I get thin again I will max out my Victoria Secret credit card and buy all sexy laugerie and walk around the house in it and be proud of a body I always took for granted...
