Napoleon Bonaparte discovers a time travel portal in a cave on Saint Helena during his final exile. He uses the portal to travel to different points in history in an attempt to conquer Europe. His first stop is Belgium, November 7, 1983, where he attempts to redirect the Able Archer NATO exercise but gives up as dawns on him how much more destructive weapons have become in the future.
