From Operation Shark, Jughead #160 (1968).
Battle Picture Weekly No. 76, dated 14 August 1976. Four new stories begin in this issue with probably the best remembered of them being Darkie's Mob by John Wagner and Mike Western (who also drew the Operation Shark story this issue as well).
Not sure who the cover artist is here. I've seen it credited to Don Lawrence. It appears to be very closely based on the cover art to to Day of Crisis, Battle Picture Library No. 48 (February 1962) and Honours Even, War Picture Library No. 594 (1970) from the same publisher.

"Put that light out!" as Warden Hodges would say.

Battle Picture Weekly No. 77, dated 21 August 1976. Cover by Mike Western who also drew Darkie's Mob and Operation Shark inside.
