It you're still doing requests! I don't have a character to put in Situations yet, BUT what about Cironus in some Temple puzzle shenanigans? (I'll be honest the idea of him having to run from Big Metal Ball like he's in Raiders is very funny, to me)
This made me laugh so much! Thank you for the suggestion! 😂
Ohh could I please have C10 from the emotion drawing challenge for my Lord of Fortune, Vital? 🥺
I beat him up! C:<
Here we goooo =]
Sardon 🫀🫳
*cracks knuckles* >:3
🫀 Who taught them what love is ? did it hurt ?
In another post I mentioned that his first brush with love was with a whale shark zora. It was just a cruel prank on the zora's end and they never reciprocated Sardon's affections or actions. He learned that love was cruel.
He's participated in the Turning the Wheel ever since he was old enough, but he's never really engaged with other zorca when it came to courting. Couples parted ways when summer ended, and Sardon learned love was fleeting.
He's listened to the lessons his mother and grandmother would offer about courting and having children. From them he learned love was a duty.
He watched his brother go through a series of relationships and breakups, and learned love was complicated.
His own relationship with Sona is still very new, and there are things he's learning about her, and about himself. And with all he's seen and been through in the past, he's experiencing first hand how love is exciting and a little terrifying!
🫳 Who do they feel they owe, but never paid back ?
Sardon feels that he owes Lufina and Cironus. Sardon is the older brother, and when he became large and strong enough, he took it upon himself to look after his family. He promised he would be his siblings' shield.
Sardon was there to cover for his siblings or take the fall, knowing that as the older brother (and their grandmother's obvious favorite) he would face less consequences. He was always there to play with Kaso when he was lonely. He was there for Kaska whenever she needed to vent about her diplomatic ventures.
But he never saw the signs that Lufina was planning to leave the pod. Maybe he wouldn't have been able to convince her in the end, but it kills Sardon that he never had a chance to say goodbye.
When Cironus was exiled, Sardon vouched for him, but his words fell on deaf ears. Like Lufina, maybe there was nothing more he could do, but he still beats himself for not pressing harder.
He's watching his family fall apart, and he doesn't have the means to keep them together.
Sardon doesn't realize it, but he's so much like his mother.
I am not as familiar with Ifora so question time!
for Ifora ⚓ 🎀
⚓ What does “home” mean to them?
For Ifora, the sight of water makes her feel at home. Her parents came from two vastly different worlds, her father a Sheikah and her mother a Gerudo, and even they were drawn to each other thanks to a body of water called Lover's Pond. Ifora and her sisters grew up in Lurelin so the ocean was always in her life.
Even when she had to live in Gerudo to learn about their culture she spent most of her time near the fountains of water or at the oasis in Kara Kara Bazaar.
In her story, before I made Cironus, I paired her with Sidon (an AU story at this point!) and her family wasn't surprised in the least. Because of course she'd end up with a zora, that's so natural for her at this point.
🎀 What is their main love language?
Ifora likes to give gifts and perform acts of service. She'll spend time putting together seashell jewelry, each one made for specific situations (luck in fishing, strength while traveling, luck in love, etc). Folks have told her she should look into selling her trinkets to travelers who pass through, but she often forgets, and instead hands one off as a little parting gift instead.
Her acts of service come in the form of small chores. Little things that might easily be forgotten in the bustle of doing the more "important" ones. A net's small tear will be fixed before it has time to rip further, clothes will be taken off the drying line just in time before it starts raining. Anything that can help lighten the load! She never makes a point to tell anyone she did any of these things, but she can't hide her smile when someone sighs in relief that someone remembered to do a small chore before it was too late.
Lurona 🎐🪶?
🎐 do they have a sound, like a song or voice, that they associate with peace?
She loves the sound of Fat Fin's voice, and hearing him always puts her mind at ease. During their courtships Lurona would float alongside him, or on top of him, while half asleep and ask him to talk to her about everything. So he would regale her with stories regarding his life, the things he's seen while traveling alone, and every wrestling match he's been in so far. Because of this she can name every single opponent Fat Fin has fought with.
During her pregnancy with Sardon she was terrified and often stressed, so she'd asked Fat Fin to recite every name they chose for their unborn baby. It became a tradition with each pregnancy where she would make a list of names and then have him speak them out and she would pick which sounded best.
🪶 how do they laugh?
Her laughter changes depending who she's with.
With her mother it's repressed. A little chuckle here, or a small titter there, but nothing loud or genuine. It's always quiet, and reserved.
With her sisters her laugh is sincere with small hints of sadness. They love each other but their personal trials have put up a small barrier of separation, that reminds Lurona they can never go back to the way they used to be.
When around her children she tends to mimic their laughter. Zorca love to copy others as a form of bonding, and this is no exception! Lurona has a hard time being honest with her kids so whether consciously or subconsciously, she's always finding ways to show her love for them.
She has only genuinely laughed when she was around Fat Fin. Lurona is loud, and when she can't catch her breath she lets out high pitched whale whistles. During one of their courtships he had told a raunchy joke that shocked her so much she laughed herself to tears. She was so mad at him because she shot something out of her blowhole and was extremely embarrassed by it.
📂 for Kaska?
Kaska knows how to talk without moving her lips! She does this when shes attending diplomatic or public events so she doesn't get caught or in trouble when whispering to her brothers. Neither Sardon or Cironus knows how she does this.
For Lydia!
🦇 📿?
🦇 what is a fear they never talk about?
When she was a courtesan she worked under a cruel rito named Ruros who showed her off as his "finest possession." It was a life of luxury but she was still owned and it was not a life she wanted, but she didn't have a choice. So one night she decided to change that and plan an escape. It was not without danger, and a price that costed her an arm, but in the end Lydia was finally free.
However, from then on she tends to sleep lightly, and with a weapon always hidden on her because she has a fear Ruros will find her again. He is a man with rupees and power, so it's only a matter of time.
📿what superstition or ritual do they cling to?
Lydia likes to don herself with jewelry and each one has meaning to her! She has a necklace that brings her luck because things always seem to fall into place whenever she wears it. She wears earrings when she's dancing because she gets more tips!
Lydia even has jewelry she refuses to wear on certain days. For example, she doesn't wear anything with rubies in them on the day of a Blood Moon because it always attracts trouble in some form!
