Warframe Operator Riel - commissioned by the super patient and lovely @darthvronton - Riel was a challenge and fun to draw and I hope I did them justice!
I have zero clue about Warframe and the armor suits of the Operators... so I hope I did a somewhat okay job on it ^^”
She sees him lying on the floor, dying. Blood spreads out beneath him in an ever-growing pool, his eyes staring at her ankles without seeing anything. His arms are outstretched in her direction, but never come close to touching her.
Just one more dead Orokin, is the thought that passes through her head, dispassionate. Why is that? Didn't she love him once? Hadn't he been the thread by which she hung, her situation dangerously precarious?
That was another life. The Saryn Prime's voice. Her voice.
Her nikana is blooded, but none of it is his. The only blood on her blade is an Emperor's. An Executor's. A Dax’s.
You hesitated. Cold words, but Garuda Prime's words were always laced with ice.
Only to see you work, was her own reply. Why was she amused?
Garuda does not argue, returning to her hunt just as she does. Fog fills her mind, the dream retreating to the dark corners of her mind right before she wakes.
Wasn't that Seiran on the floor? Beloved Seiran?
Oleander, growls a voice from the deepest pit of her mind. Contempt drips from the word, hate at its core.
"What does it mean?" Riel shakes her head, trying to make sense of a thing she cannot grasp, a thing that eludes her at every corner.
"Operator?"
"Never mind, Ordis," Riel mumbles. "Just a dream..."
A bargain made
The Return
A wrong set right
These are truly unfortunate screenshots, HOWEVER
Riel’s the kind of person who would make stupid faces at herself instead of having a normal conversation
One life spent, one yet to begin
