This new OPI rich burgundy creme nail shade is called 'What's the Hatter with You?' from @opiaustralia OPI Brights 2016 Collection inspired by fantasy adventure film #DisneyAlice Through The Looking Glass. Have you watched the movie yet? It is still showing at the Theaters near you. To any Johnny Depp's fan out there, I think better support him before he get real bonkers in real life. It's like roller coaster again when Johnny + Winona did not equate to forever. Anyway, let us rather discuss this crazy deep burgundy #WhatsTheHatterWithYou, I did two coats to make it opaque but I saw unevenness kind of patchy application so I did the three coats then I was satisfied. Also, I noticed that this chipped after two days to some of my fingers that I did not cap the edges (I know I should do that but sometimes I get lazy you know). So I suggest to put that top coat on and don't forget to swipe it on the free edge of your nails. . 'Mad For Madness Sake' from @opiaustralia OPI Brights 2016 Collection inspired by #DisneyAlice Through The Looking Glass, a fantasy adventure film and now showing in Theatres near you. I watched it last night, I think it was a good film but I feel it wasn't as weird as what would Tim Burton would deliver. Nevertheless, Hatter is still mad as ever! He's still delightful to watch. Delightfully crazy as this fuchsia pink polish #MadForMadnessSake. Opaque in two coats (almost one coater if carefully applied to avoid visible nail line). Formula is madly excellent, application glided like butter. Self-levelled and shiny even without top coat (I put top coat in this photo). I got my starfish charm from ebay and I was so excited to put it on my nails even if it's freezing cold here in Sydney. Of course I used OPI @opiaustralia 'I Sea You Wear OPI' from #OPIBrights Collection as base because it's the perfect ocean summery shade. I used OPI 'Put a Coat On' to create the water splash effect (I followed @elleandish tutorial in youtube). I sponged a beige and gold glitter to resemble the sand. . My bananas nails using OPI @opiaustralia 'Hotter Than You Pink' from #OPIBrights collection. I used stamping plate from @topatopa_fr plate 01. I posted this several days ago holding my mint umbrella. I thought I repost a proper photo as an excuse too for not posting yesterday and I have nothing to post yet until tonight (I hope). Nail art inspired by the ocean waves I saw at Bondi Beach today. I used #Australian made Skinny Waves nail vinyls from @xromapolishandvinyls. I sponged the polishes in between the nail vinyls. OPI @opiaustralia ‘My Car Has Navy-gation’ from #OPIBrights Collection. It is the usual indigo or cobalt blue. Two coats with top coat. The first coat was so patchy. However, it did level on second which I applied a thick coat. Inasmuch as I love cobalt/navy blue polishes, this one did not make it to the top of my list. I found it was a bit difficult to apply. I think the technique is to apply this tad thicker. Otherwise, application would be patchy galore. Apart from my my struggle in application, this is a gorgeous shade, I will wear this anytime of the year. I don’t know how this is considered a bright color though. The only 'logical’ explanation I could think of is that a rainbow is bright and it has indigo blue in it! I’ve been watching too many Big Bang Theory episodes that even in my sleep Sheldon Cooper speaks sarcasm. .
