Boss: “Does anyone have any concerns?”

Me: “From my experience from other projects, I know that Delta and iterative migrations are usually something that is planned from the beginning of the project, and seen as ‘risky’. We are now two months before launch, seven months on the project already. The migration is crucial to the success of the project, and the level of experience with migrations in our team is literally not existent, I therefore would advise against the advanced version and vote for a simple, one-off migration.”
