Vintage Silver Opium Pill Box with Fob Chain and Utensil

We really have nonidea of the age for this piece. I believe it is an antique but am more confortable saying vintage. Though not positive of its origin we would say Indian and made of silver but it is not marked or a sterling silver. The case is circular and decorated with stars
