What will bring a change?

There are few actions that can be done which will give women the opportunities participate in the active world, make decisions at all levels of political economical and public life. 

1) Place Women as leaders in Political and Economical fields

Even though there are many women in India that are actively taking part in engineering, business and political fields there are not many women that are leaders. This has lead to women not being able to acquire jobs that they are capable of, getting paid very less and not being able to participate in major decision making in predominantly most of the fields. Although Women are gradually becoming powerful contributors to the economy them being placed as leaders will increase the amount contribution and also inspire other women who have left their dreams in hold. Appointing a Women as a leader in a major decision making field will also lead to empowerment.

2) Invest in Women’s Entrepreneurial ideas emotionally and financially

Woman should be confident enough to venture where ever they want in this busy world, they should be able to support themselves financially and emotionally.  To bring this goal to life women should be mentored to develop financial skills from the beginning. Companies should start investing in women for their own good. There are many women in the modern day with all the skills needed to run a great business but what they don’t have is, someones belief in them to achieve something. The more Women Entrepreneur’s that are willing to pursue their dreams the more our goal is reaching its end. We don’t need to invest in women separately we, just need to invest in them as much as we do in men, because  when both men and woman have a common workforce the outcome is amazing. The more we invest on Women Entrepreneur’s the more we are encouraging women to break free from their traditional roles and do away with gender stereotypes and pursue their dreams because there will be a world where Women are ensured effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making in, political, economic and public life.
