Prowl who doesn't usually have sexual interactions with anyone but who has debilitating heats that he can't control and tries to hide. Eventually he confesses to Optimus about what he's been dealing with and Optimus offers to help.

But Prowl's heats turn up his sensory processing to the max so he's super sensitive and needs to be very gently loved. And he won't hesitate to kick his partner off if they get too rough or he's too overstimulated.

So Optimus has to oh so gently make love to Prowl, talking him through it and expertly making him overload again and again and again. Prowl sobs his way through the whole thing, all while actively begging for more.

Then as soon as his heat is over Prowl acts like nothing has happened. Only to show up at Optimus's door the next time and awkwardly ask for his help again.
