The twins will be born after c!Prowl and s!Jazz reunite. They will emerge in their rightful universe.

I'm all for writing angst, but I don't have the heart to have s!Jazz missing his creations' births. That's too cruel.

c!Prowl/s!Jazz and their twins will get their happily ever. 🤗

I’m really surprised and humbled by the amount of people who’ve enjoyed “Well, I’ll Be Damned!”. It was only ever supposed to be a little one-shot that has blown up in size. Very thankful and appreciative of all the support and kind words <3

Updates are going to take longer because of IRL things, but they are coming! Chapter 8 might take a couple weeks because what was intended to be chapter 8 has now become Chapter 9 to help with pacing/narrative structure.  

While I don’t think I’ve read a story with the exact premise, here’s a list of fics I’ve read that likely inspired elements of the plot and/or characterization:

“The Choices We Make” by Nikkie2010: Jazz and Prowl are casual lovers, but Prowl accidentally gets sparked and tries to keep it a secret. 

“Double Time (How to Fall In Love Without Realizing It)” by HomesickStreetlamp: Prowl and Jazz offer each other comfort during the war. Mechpreg shenanigans ensue.

“Would It Be Enough (If I Could Never Give You Peace)" by optimushimbo (apxllos): Jazz and Prowl have a late-night conversation with the knowledge that they are most likely going to die tomorrow. 

“And They Were Roommates” by MinnieTheMoocherDA: Due to limited resources, Jazz and Prowl have to share a room. 

“Question Everything” by humanalias and oly_chic: Jazz and Prowl are Decepticons that hate working together. Unfortunately, they get captured by the Autobots and have to work together.

“A Debt of Conscience” by Anon_E_Miss: A carrying Prowl is isolated from the Autobot ranks. Thankfully, Jazz becomes a pillar of support.

“Don’t Know What You’ve Got (Til It’s Going)” by taralynden: Jazz realizes he’s in love with Prowl after centuries of pretending to be together. 

“All The Noises” by Yourchickensareturkeys: Jazz struggles with what his position in Spec Ops forces him to do. Prowl offers support. 

“I Couldn’t Feel, So I Tried to Touch” by Yourchickensareturkeys: Prowl struggles to understand why Jazz could ever love him.

“Rustroses and Crystal Blooms” by WildSapphicDragon: Jazz and Prowl navigate what they mean to each other in a post-war world.

“It’s Over” by TheUniverseLost: Ratchet comes upon a compromising scene between Autobot Prowl and Decepticon Jazz. 

These are just a few. I have like 200 Jazz/Prowl fics bookmarked LMFAO.
