Indie was not someone who was a stranger to shitty clients, the last three years had been full of them. Most days the only thing that kept her going was the irony that she was living completely against the beliefs her parents had raised her with, and it was all their fault. Though they'd never admit to it. Probably just pop out another kid to manage their debts after they died. The man she'd been seeing that night was someone who knew them and it was only after she'd finished the job that he revealed that and she was ready to end the session early. "Yeah you don't get to pay for my services and then berate me for my life choices. To go and live, laugh, fuck off, or whatever the saying is." She held open the door, gesturing for him to leave. As he grumbled and left the room she caught sight of a well dressed man, watching the whole interaction. "Can I help you?"
