On the 17th of November I spoke with Frits Goldschmeding (View Profile!) about leadership, the economy and labor market. Frits Goldschmeding is the founder of Randstad Holding, an employment agency based in The Netherlands. According to the 2010 annual ranking of the world’s wealthiest people compiled and published by Forbes magazine, Goldschmeding’s personal wealth amounts $ 3.2 billion. Mr. Goldschmeding started with speaking about his final paper that earned him his doctorate at Free University of Amsterdam. This paper set the basis for the idea which later became the second largest temp agency in the world.
