i went to a private christian elementary school where questioning authority was met with guilting, public shaming, and abusive punishments.
i've been able to heal gradually as i get older, but i still have a hard time feeling like i have worth when i disagree with authority.
i want to be the kind of person that can stand up for what's right. i want to keep healing, stay mad, and fight these bullies drunk on power.
