This is currently my second favorite scene in Ragnarok.

They hug and then when Kratos lets go, Atreus DOSEN'T! He just holds on and keeps his head tucked against his father and Kratos seems shocked by how much the time away affected Atreus. And he just puts his arms back around and waits for Atreus to decide to let go. It's so sweet.

Cute! Cute! Cute! About to go to war and Atreus just wants to sleep beside his dad. The sense of safety sleeping next to your parent knowing that they're right there if something happens. Especially for Atreus who spent his life sleeping in a bed right next to his parents. Kratos is also perfectly happy to have his son close right before they all potentially die. That soft look of love.

Out of the Yotei six, based on pure aesthetic, the Kitsune is my favorite. He didn't just slap a mask on and call it a day like the others. That man is dripped out head to toe and I love it.

The reason Atreus and Odin get along well (when they're not lying and tricking each other) is because they're both huge nerds surrounded by jocks.
