Post graduate intern??
Yesterday, I experienced probably one of the most hectic schedule in my career. 3 prosthetic eye patients, and 2 of them are for scleral base fitting(this usually takes 30 minutes up to 2 hours). After I finished the patients, and after I sat in my chair(parang heaven), I was told by our receptionist that my hard contact lens patient will come by 6:30pm. Aaaaaand nakakawindang. But everything turned out great. Patient was very compliant and optimistic about it. This morning, mom asked me how the hard contact lens fitting went, and I told her all the findings I got and the parts I had doubts. One of which is the base curve I used, I opted to use the steepest curve since the patient still felt the contact lens moving with the second to the steepest. She was able to give a lot of inputs, most of which are things you don't usually know from school. Which i might try to edit my findings. I feel like an intern again, and Mom's my preceptor.
