Even for a man that wandered to the extent Hajoon did, there was one thing that seemed to always bring him back no matter how far he ventured - Skadi . His moon, his guiding light, though he wasn't exactly the most eloquent when it came to verbally expressing just how much she'd come to mean to him.

It had been just under a month this time he'd been gone, but this time had kept his return a secret - waiting for the moment his beloved would return home only to greet her with that usual lopsided smirk and a bouquet of wildflowers he'd collected on the way back.

Visiting the Grove after the incident with the Black Tide did Phainon never really expect to see anyone else around, especially during days when there wern't classes. Mainly Anaxa and Hyacine had been working on restoring Cerces' Grove. Taking care of the smaller creatures that still lived there and moving them to a much smaller place ontop of general restoration. Phainon however had come down to the library to look for some scrolls, though his attention was grabbed when he caught sight of the younger girl's golden hair. To be honest he recognized her right away, even if he hadn't exactly known her name. She grew up in the same village as him, which was so small that it seemed like everyone knew everyone. But ... he was rather curious about what she was doing here alone. Placing the scroll he had been previously reading in his bag did he go over, cerulean hues sparkling as he approached her.

A  feeling  in  her  chest,  her  heart  beating  fast.  Eyes  stared  up  at  the  blonde.  There  was  something  she  was  trying  to  understand,  and  that  was  about  him.  His  voice,  the  way  he  was  looking  at  her,  she  still  thinks  he's  joking  with  her  –  mainly  to  piss  his  brother  off.  But  the  longer  he  held  her,  the  closer  they  were  –   Her  mind  was  going  wild  for  a  moment  before  she  blinked.  "  Oh  ---  Wow.."  her  voice  was  soft,  yet  hearing  how  his  voice  was,  her  body  and  soul  were  going  INSANE.  Shaking  her  head,  she  noticed  what  he  was  doing,  His  hand  --  His  hand.  OH  HIS  HAND!  "  Oh  shit!"  Her  words  left  her  lips.

"I  would  so  not  tell  your  brother  that!  I  really  wouldn't  want  you  two  to  fight!""

Dan Feng dazedly checked the stargate's coordinates, but an error alert flashed on the holographic console, signaling the futility. As Dan Feng often did as a High Elder, traveling to new worlds to attain new pharmaceuticals and esoterica was meant to benefit the Vidyadhara. However, this warp jump had taken him wildly off-course. Sighing and pocketing the device, Dan Feng was surprised to see a small gathering of people in what appeared to be close-quarters market streets, the cloth tarp draped over shielding them from the worst of the midday sun's heated rays. People clad in togas and tunics gossiped among themselves, whispering of the horned man that had appeared in a flash, but it was when the staccato of centurions approached from the main drag that Dan Feng knew he'd have to explain himself.

If nothing else, his Synesthesia Beacon worked well enough and he could understand the strains of gossip.

He could only pray it would be true in kind.
