Hiya! And Welcome to the official Oregon Queer Youth Summit (OQYS) Tumblr page!
OQYS is an annual even full of fun, learning, making connections and building them even, and respecting! Respect all around, aye!
It is by queer youth, and for queer youth, but adult allies are also welcome! And hey, *nudge nudge* it’s also all free! Free food. free to go to, and free fun! Holla, am I right?
The days filled with breakfast (provided), key note speakers, workshops, lunch (also provided), and a bunch more! There’s also some swaaaaaag we could offer just, *wink wink, nudge nudge, falls out of chair and slams into the table, causing it to break* oh geez.
This yeah, (2015) it is going to be held at the Metropolitan Learning Center ( 2033 NW Glisan St, Portland, OR 97209) on Saturday June 20th 2015 starting at 9:00 AM

Oregon Queer Youth Summit
Hey babes, guess what time it is again!
IT’S PRIDE TIME! And what better way of showing you have pride for the queer (LGBTQIA+) community, then attending a summit for and to youth, after pride?
I know right, it’s ridiculous!
Whale, anyway, yeah.
The Oregon Queer Youth Summit is just around the corner and many people, including myself, are absolutely ecstatic and buzzing about in order to make this a fun and approachable thing for y’all.
This year, OQYS is going to be held at the Metropolitan Learning Center (MLC) on 2033 NW Glisan St, Portland OR, 97209. at nine am to six pm, June 20th. And it’s completely free! Can I get a woot woot?
