so many things haunt me about Karlach and Wyll but one of the newer problems I have is trying to figure out when and why Wyll was sent after her

we're told that Karlach was being HEAVILY pursued by Wyll and even briefly fought him while she escaped and eventually made it to the nautiloid

the nautiloid was in avernus for like 30 minutes and in that window of time, Karlach made the decision to escape on it but she's also running from Wyll who is in avernus hunting her already. Did Zariel get Mizora to go after her one millisecond after she had the thought to escape? And Wyll was instant transmissioned to hell to get to work?

I read a theory that Mizora was hunting her because she was jealous of Karlach but?? If Zariel is upset about Karlach leaving would she not be livid at Mizora fucking killing her?? Is she stupid?????
