I don’t think that pre-posession Sidney’s name was Sidney? I feel like Sidney, after arriving, would have completely uprooted every single attachment to who the host had been before, both to protect himself and his mission and because of how disgusted he was by what the host did
his manner of dress is completely different, I don’t think he lives in that house, he obviously doesn’t have that job anymore, car might even be different? He’s an entirely different man
I wouldn’t be surprised if a new name came with the territory.
