#im making marshmallows and i needed a thermometer i could use for food #because i still don't have a sugar thermometer and wilko only had the meat one #it wasn't until i got home when i realised that it only went up to 87 degrees #so i had to brad leone it and put in my own temperature markings past the written readings #it worked i now have marshmallows #but i did burn the first batch of sugar syrup #its sitting in the garden #its stopped angrily hissing at me but im still afraid to look #i've either created a demon or a portal to hell #i hope the demon likes marshmallows #or fudge #or chocolate chip cookies #ive made a lot of shit today

My office had their own little Dundies tonight at the Christmas party and I won an award for my baking which just makes me smile :)
