I know I’m in a crunchy area but it’s lowkey killing me how negatively my coworkers view pasteurization

I got apple cider from a farmer’s market that turned out to be unpasteurized and I was talking to some about how much it bums me out that it wasn’t already, since that’s a really simple process

and I’m hearing about how it’s not natural, I should avoid processed foods, it impacts the chemical makeup, this and that and the other thing

sorry i know everyone talks about their team hating and disrespecting a new member every week but nobody is more hated and disrespected by them than chan. not an OUNCE of appreciation for his entire time when every other longtime leader or member at the company has had a big event of some kind. the way they treated him as a trainee. barely gaf about all of the work he's done for others. he's going through a horrifying lawsuit that their team has openly acknowledged is happening regarding deepfakes (including ones of sexual nature) and they decide to WITHOUT TELLING HIM or any of the others to deepfake him onto MULTIPLE people for a bodies concept video.

chris is someone who's always been so protective of fans and of the members and members of their team and basically anyone, it enrages and baffles me that in the last 5 years they've treated him like absolute garbage. put that group together with his bare hands at the age of 19. took their pain and suffering and blamed himself for it. creates as much as his body can for them. does everything to make sure fans are happy while still calling them out when need be. and this is what he fucking gets in return? are you fucking kidding me?

i’m going to the tame impala/djo show this weekend and i fear i’ve never been in the same general vicinity as someone i’ve written a fic about before.

but that’s ALSO steve harrington…who, as far as i’m concerned, is currently living in the attic apartment above the WSQK with the love of his life (me + everyone who’s read my fic). we’re literally building a life together in my little au universe. this feels incredibly awkward for everyone involved.

Theres a lot of chances for chill hypno hangouts that are relatively uncapitalized on. Movie night, for example.

I have a habit of talking through movies I enjoy- whispering little tidbits- fun facts or theories I have- singing along to songs, repeating quotes. I like to interact with the movie and with my loved ones. So it only makes sense to pick a movie we both like- no ones favorite movie, not one that one of us hasn't seen. Something we can have on, that we can enjoy as much focused on as in the background, that my friends wouldn't mind me talking through a bit. Maybe Sleeping Beauty- I'm sure most people I know have seen it, enjoyed it, but not recently enough that it feels repetitive. And over the course of the movie, I continue to whisper, as I'm want to do. A comment here, a question there. Maybe I'd point out characters who are doing something interesting, feeling something intriguing. And by the time we've gotten to the most important part of the movie, I've woven an induction from the plot.

Its easy to guess what I mean, isn't it? Its compelling to remember that glowing spindle, taking up so much of the screen, cutting back to Aurora, wandering towards it blindly. Haven't you ever imagined yourself in that position, or wouldn't you want to now? Would you behave differently? Would you be more careful? Or would you realize your finger touched the spindle only as you were falling, falling, as the world fell from underneath you, as the pull of what must be magic drags you into that strange state of waiting, of anticipation as if you only need some requirement to be fulfilled- though maybe your hazy mind can't remember which.

And then, eventually, you get woken up. Probably not with a kiss, but to each their own. And movie night continues.

I have totally thought about this before lmao 😭 I've only seen parts of the og sailor moon, I'm by no means a super knowledgeable fan- I saw a few eps as a kid and rewatched some of s1 subbed earlier this year, and that's about it, but I agree with you ten thousand percent. Early/mid AG Drew and Tuxedo Mask's modus operandi is the exact same:

I am RIGHT there with you on this. Also, I'm reaching here, but two of Drew's team members are masquerade/mask themed, loosely- Masquerain and Roserade, which does thematically fit in fairly nicely to our little theory here.

SPOILERS FOR WEMMBU'S LATEST VIDEO

Like usual, if you haven't watched it, SCROLL, but if you did

I don't really have an opening speech this time so let me get straight to it.

Part 1: Wemmbu's Reflection.

Before that tho, here's a funny analysis of his intro ;)

When Wemmbu said there's a few "Rebellion" group who is against the Law, it shows Parrot & The Tree Civilization. Now hold up.

The Tree Civilization, doesn't go against the Law? They just didn't get help by The Law when their enemies wreck their home. Then, Parrot came and help them, specifically, LEAD them to victory against their Enemies. NOT THE LAW.

Thus, This, could mean 2 things:

1. Parrot is definitely AGAINST the LAW and will REBEL against them— Especially after Spepticle incident.

2. The Tree Civilization will go to war with Parrot against the Law. Because Parrot did mentioned that the Law is not as kind as it seems and The Tree Civilization already sees Parrot as a great Leader anyway so they would probably listen to his command.

Oh. And one more thing. This means Wemmbu is aware about Parrot's plan is it?

THEY GONNA TEAM UP AT ONE POINT IS IT—

THEY WILL TEAM UP RIGHTTT (As I got dragged into the white room)

Okay okay, on to Wemmbu:

Long story shorten, Lettuce made an orbital strike canon (OSC) and Jaden & Wemmbu & the Pirate Gang wanna destroy it because of obvious reason— So just when Wemmbu almost get to the OSC, these 5 men stand before him.

And I'm not kidding. Wemmbu is indeed, a scary player.

For me, I think they are genuinely backing off because Wemmbu, is actually scaring them. I mean, his reputation is very high— He's one of the strongest player on the SMP.

Or perhaps they're just backing off so he's just in the radius for the blast trap:

And so Wemmbu got blasted millions of blocks away from the fighting spot, on an Island here.

So, he said he needs a trident to get back there (The OSC place/fighting place) And on this island, he found a book.

The book mentioned he can get a trident at 'this' location.

A location where he went before.

The location where he met Parrot, and killed Boomie.

And okay I'm not gonna lie. Him remembering this scene, is actually very crucial.

Why do you ask?

Well fellow Unstablian, let me explain.

This scene shows that Wemmbu is capable of reflecting on his past actions. As we all know, Wemmbu is a very straightforward person. His ego is high, and he always push through things via Violence/Fighting (Not always of course, but we can agree it is his nature)

But when you reflect, you will learn.

I'll explain more below but before that if THIS IS NOT A SIGN THEY GONNA TEAM UP I'M GONNA THROW HANDS.

Okay. So apparently, there's a secret entrance in this Sunken City— Which, 2 people lives there.

Now here's where the reflection part comes in.

In hindsight, Wemmbu REALLY REALLY REALLY— Wanted a trident.

Hey look, these 2 players got a trident. It would be easy if he just kill them, right?—

No. In this scene, Wemmbu is doing a reflection.

He remembers what happened to Ouroboroid.

He doesn't have to fight him, yet he did.

The results? Lettuce got all the disc for his OSC, and this guy, who maybe just a simple collector, died.

So, what if...

"Should I try and change my approach?" - Wemmbu.

So these 2 players asked Wemmbu to help them, which he did, and they gave him a turtle helmet (Which will be important later). But Wemmbu wanted a trident.
