When one wakes up in a new city of all things, one that is marginally, no....largely nicer then the one he's familiar with, one has to assume social ques. Lei Heng did not get far in life without being an expert in reading social ques, after all he's part of the thumb. only idiots die fast and hard when your joining a syndicate. Or think its all easy money after joining one.
