I hate how we base how we feel about what we have learned depending on whether you got an A or a C. What makes it worse is when they add + and - to the grade like “congratulations you got an B on that paper but only just so I’m going to remind you how close a call that was to getting a C and add a minus after that B.”

it’s so annoying and makes you feel worse than you already do.
