P is for Patterns, Productivity, Patents ... and Panic
With apologies to Morrissey and The Smiths, but it wasn’t quite panic on the streets of Reading because of latest Oracle User Experience (UX) workshop, because one innovative Oracle partner included a panic button in their mobile service app wireframe lest a field technician was held up while servicing an ATM. Interesting UX reflecting a particular context of use software requirement!
P for Panic button wireframed. Fujitsu team may be on to something! Is there a patent there somewhere?
Of course, wireframing is all about doing it fast and often, so who knows that iteration would survive the stakeholder review before Oracle ADF mobile gets fired up!
"OK, back to version 1.0 then. How come the best ideas end up on the floor?" Partners having fun at the workshop.
A great workshop for Oracle Partners who want to productively build modern and compelling enterprise desktop and mobile applications for with UX design patterns and Oracle ADF, the “Building Great Looking Usable Apps” outreach to Oracle partners continues.
