Apparently a tagging game is going on.
I've been tagged by sherlockseesthrougheverything in this one,
Rule 1 - Post the rules. Rule 2 - Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post and then make 11 new ones. Rule 3 - Tag 11 people and link them to your post. Rule 4 - Let them know you’ve tagged them.
Where do you live?
I live in Berlin, Germany.
Your favourite tv show and why you love it so much.
"Sherlock" because I met so many awesome people through it and it finally is a show that appeals to intellect as well. And because I'm a long time Sherlock Holmes lover and it is simply one of the best adaptions.
How many DVD’s / BluRay’s do you have?
I have 39 orignial DVDs and about 15 copies and no BluRays.
Your favourite book.
"City of Dreaming Books" by Walter Moers.
Have you ever broken something (a vase or something) and tried to hide it?
I probably have, but I can't remember a recent event like that. Probably as a child then.
Your favourite meal.
Far to many things. I love spinache and fried cauliflower. I enjoy Indian dishes.
What was the last film you’ve seen?
"The Avengers" and I liked it.
Do you have any pets?
Not yet, but soon I'll have some stick insects to call mine! I'm excited.
Coffee with milk or without it?
Definitely with milk.
Would you rather wear shoes with heels or shoes without heels?
Shoes without heels. Heels make my feet hurt and are not very healthy for ones feet. And heels highten the chance of me tripping ungracefully.
Last time you’ve been on vacation and where.
In Cologne about 2 month ago for the german Sherlock screening.
Okay, and now I'm supposed to think up some questions an tag people. Let's see how that goes.

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy Berlin premiere - a fangirl report
So here it finally is. The report on meeting some of the TTSS crew
Last Tuersday happened to be the German Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy premiere in Berlin. Someone (as in me) got incredible lucky, won tickets to this exclusiv event, froze almost to death, enjoyed the free drinks a bit too much and lost almost the ability to can for a moment that I will most certainly cherish for the next couple of years: Meeting Mr. Gary Oldman. So let me tell you what happened, or better what I can remember. The event took part in one of Berlin's old GDR fashioned theaters called Kino International. It was built in 1963 and perfectly fit the old fashioned style of the film. I've been there once before and was amazed at the dark wooden floors, huge windows and incredibly beautiful chandeliers. Definitley a sight for every vintage lover. When we, as in Orakelou, who happened to be my beautiful and witty plus one that night, steegeschnoeber and I arrived at the location, I came across my first red carpet sighting ever. It wasn't a big one and although people were already standing at either side of it, fans, photographers and journalists, we were surprised that this scenario was kind of underwhelming. We don't know whether it was the lack of promotion or the lack of interest in the movie but we thought it didn't get the well deserved attention here in Germany. So there we were at six fifteen. Lou and I waiting for the guestlist counters to open and steegeschnoeber and the rest of our group already settling in their spots at the carpet. The weather was murderous. Freezing cold and a torture for everyone in a 'looking good but non functional premiere outfit' including high heels and a pair of tights. Yes, me again. When the both of us finally got our ticket we said good bye to our girls and went into the what was supposed to be warmer inside of the theartre. But it wasn't. So placing ourselves at the bar in convenient reach of free drinks it was. First glass of red wine. What followed was almost two hours of either standing and drinking and watching people arrive, trying to figure out why the photographers went mad by trying to figure out who they were and standing and smoking and more freezing. Two glasses of wine. By the time it was eight o'clock it already gonged three times old fashioned style to get everyone inside the main hall. So with the movie already started and the foyer clearing, we were happy that we already saw the film and so we stayed and waited. By then we were the only ones still waiting in the entrance hall and maybe seven other people were with us. Most of them staff and security. And then came the flashlight thunderstorm. We could only make out by the super increased sound of shouting and screaming people that Gary and co. finally arrived. We placed ourselves near the door and got a good look on what was happening outside. I don't know how long it actually took all of them to get to the door but it felt like ages. First there were autographs to give, followed by posing for the group of photographers and giving interviews. It's been the first time I actually witnessed the process of red carpet shots and let me tell you: It was intimidating. Regarding that they were constantly screamed at, it still fascinates me how relaxed and high spirited all of them looked. Not to mention that Mrs Oldman aka Alex Eden wore a sleeveless leather dress and kept on changing from jacket to no jacket because it really was extremely cold. But when you look at the pictures it could have been a warm summer night. So back to us still waiting right behind the open glass door. I am not a big fan of taking pictures when meeting famous people, but since Lou persuaded me to take some of her, if we get the chance, I was tightly holding on to my camera. First one to come in was Alex. We got a closer look at her and she really is stunning! I liked the way she talked about her husband saying she was very proud of him. Next one in line was unbelievably nice Tomas Alfredson, the director. One very short and blonde journalist approached him and we couldn't help but overhear him saying: "Oh no, I am the director, not an actor!" After he said that and she turned away it was our chance. Lou stepped forward and called him by name asking for a picture. The way he said: "Yeah sure, of course!" didn't even sound like he'd said it a thousand times before and doesn't really mean it, it sounded very sincere and euphoric. As she was posing and I was trying not to shake while taking the picture Lou and I both mumbled our congratulations and that it's great to have them here in Germany and stuff you say when you'd rather want to fall on your knees and thank them for existing. A detail about these few seconds that burned itself in my memory is the way he seemed amazingly willing to chat! His entire body language and attention towards us seemed like he wouldn't have minded to talk to us more. But as we glanced to the door we just had time to get back to our place before Mr. Oldman entered the room. I can recall that I made eye contact with him while he was still talking to some of the PR staff that followed him inside and before I knew it, Lou adressed him and I was taking a picture of them both. We switched places and suddenly I was standing next to him, feeling his hand on my back as I leaned in, trying to look not too beheeled and it's a shame he didn't look into my eyes when I thanked and congratulated him and so the moment got a bit spoiled by his proffessionalism. But nevertheless he has an incredible calm and confident aura and his voice was so nice and almost comforting, sounding very modest and humbled answering our comments. It was just bliss. After they all left the room, Lou and I shared a glance, I made a fangirl remark and we were both aiming for the bar again. Third glass of wine We sat down in the completely deserted entrance hall and, of course, twittered. You probably have seen the result of our shaking camera hands but here we go again.
The thing I learned that evening, is that patience really is a virtue. And that I am probably never going to wear heels again.
orakelou replied to your post: Oh man, was I excited when he saw the ticket to...
Nevermind the other girl ;P. Take him (as a flat mate, no subtext ;)). From personal experience, mixed gender flat shares, especially when international are great.
As I said, I'd rather have someone I already know, but if that should turn out to not work, then he shall be my first choice, that much is clear.
Hey Sir, I might be wrong (surpresses laughter), but San José and George Takei do indeed rhyme. This makes me feel like you've turned down this entry wrongfully. You could look up George Takei correcting people on pronuncing his surname on the internet. How does that sound to you?
Ah.
Like I said I'm judging these using my Southern England accent so I probably will get some incorrect. Do apologise.
