Add in the flavor...
It’s great in the original flavor as the 10 grain waffle mix with a little margarine and ripe berries spread over all. This is also wonderful with lemon or orange rind finely grated and some poppy seed mixed in then margarine melted on top. Both versions have no added sugar but have added flavor - just what my healthy diet calls for...mmmmm. See what you think...
1 c. Bob’s Red Mill 10 Grain Pancake and Waffle Mix
2 T. olive oil
1 egg
1 c. water
Option: 1 T. poppy seeds, 1 t. lemon or orange peel - finely grated
In a spouted mixing bowl, add all ingredients mixing well. Cook the pancakes or waffles as you would with a splash of oil on the griddle and enjoy!

I have no connection with this product. I’m just a diabetic looking for ways to eat well, keep to my diabetic diet plan and have good blood sugar numbers.
When I’m not thinking about ways to enjoy pancakes and waffles but not add any sugar, I’m sewing cotton pocket aprons for my online shop - www.etsy.com/shop/topdrawerthreads .
Or I’m merrily knitting stocking caps from upcycled yarn for my other shop - www.etsy.com/shop/topdraweryarns .
My daughter’s have an online shop - www.etsy.com/shop/yesdesigns - where they design and sew cotton pocket knickers so comfy as lounge wear or whatever you get up to.
My older daughter has an online shop - www.etsy.com/shop/wildwovenwomen - where she works upcycled yarns into brightly striped rainbow afghans.
My younger daughter has an online shop - www.facebook.com/shroombloombags - where she crochets upcycled yarns into funky mushroom inspired shoulder bags.
