In the manga, definitely not. She definitely has flaws, even though she seems perfect, she still develops greatly as a character.

In the manga, you see Nausicaa go through a great deal more than the movie. Especially (SPOILER ALERT), after the deaths of Yupa, Teto, and one of the horseclaws.

The problem is people don’t realize there is a manga and which it had character development which is more interesting and complicated.

Exactly!  And I wish people had more respect for the fact that the movie is only a small part of the plotline provided by the manga; therefore, the character development would not be as extensive.
