Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 cup orange juice. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes. 1/4 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional.
Instructions: Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in coconut milk and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the cooked salmon fillets. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
