Asks: Green glow effect, Rock blocking Knifepoint Ridge, Killing Paarthurnax quest, Can't use alchemy tables/forges/grindstones etc

No, I didn't find anything related to this :OO To me it sounds like a mod is causing it! Do you have some sort of custom spells etc mods? Anyway I would check the mods you use, try to go through the most likely ones causing it, mods that affect spells and effects etc if you have any. Other than that, I don't know how to help you sorry!

Paarthurnax can only die after a certain part of the main questline (pretty late). So if you want to do the quest, try talking to Delphine and Esbern about it. Or just go ahead now and kill Paarthurnax and see what happens, maybe you missed the questline in your journal?
