I saw someone posit the final scene of Oczy's arc as a 'tsuki ga kirei' moment. Having gone back to the actual line I don't think so, the structure is different enough ('kyou no kono sora wa, zettai ni, kireida') that it doesn't feel like a reference in the same way that the English translations of each would + the line makes sense in the context of the work, where it might feel more like a signal in a work with nothing to do with astronomy.
That said. The staging. Badeni mopes. He's out of sorts. He serves as our focus, our point of view. Oczy looks right past him. We were in Oczy's head as he learns that his writing is preserved; we have moved to Badeni. When he contemplates his death, he's shocked to hear Oczy echo his words back at him. This is—Iiiii want this to be—a reversal of the torture scene. It's Badeni's turn to be surprised at how he's been followed and observed. His eyes widen. He pauses. 'I can believe in that'-> reflecting Oczy's statement that his faith is in heliocentrism. Yeowch!
