(via hvg) , ha hozzátesszük még az puhos családjának a vagyonát, akkor majdnem kijön az anno lenyúlt teljes MANYUP vagyon... és ugye ez az összeg csak az amit nem titkolnak el... Szerintem a NER összesen már vagy 10.000 Milliárdnál tarthat, alsó hangon. Megjegyzem, hogy az államháztartás központi alrendszerének kiadási főösszege kb. 43.000 milliárd forint lehet 2025-ben.

We Need To Talk About What Is Happening In Hungary

Disclamer beforehand: I am not a law student, if I get things wrong please do correct me. I do not mean to spread misinformation, just awareness.

Hungarians have been living in a techically-not-but-de-facto-yes dectatorship for years now. What Orbán and the Fidesz party are and have been doing is appaling and the EU should not be tolerating it. I think it is at this point well known, that Orbán endorses and is endorsed by some of the worst politicians you can think of, Trump, Puting, Alice Weidel, Netanyahu etc. This should give you an idea.

While the country is facing a real economic crisis Orbán is diverting the people's attention by blaming every minority there is for every possible problem. Racism is rampant in Hungary, with the Roma community being targeted especially, as well as Jews.

Queer rights have been under attack for years now, and it's only getting worse. Gay marriages are not recognised legally and any existing ones have been declared void. Trans* people's legal gender and name changes are also not recognised and it is no longer possible to do either. Recently there have been changes made to the constitution, declaring that "a human is either a man or a woman" -- meaning, nonbinary people are now no longer regarded as humans legally. this is being expanded to other queer people now, even "just" gays. Pride has been banned recently, under the guise of "protecting children" -- people's right to gather is less important than the children's right to protection. Yes, apparently children need to be protected from people celebration love and equality.

Censorship has been a massive problem as well. A few years ago a law was passed, stating that any books depicting queer or otherwise sexual topics must be sold encased in plastic and any TV shows or movies with such topics can only be aired at night -- to protect the children from accidentally getting corrupted. Furthermore, the free press is basically nonexistent, any news outlet that critices the government gets shut down. So only the propaganda remains. Which they are very good at.

Even more changes are being made, now horrible laws are being passed. Freedom of movement has been restricted. It is illegal for doctors to operate on certain patients; for example, if they do not have the funds for rehab, are assumed to not have the motivation to go through with rehab, don't have the mental ability to understand the gravity of rehab, are overweight (with whole body mass being counted, not body fat percentage) and if they are likely to die within six months.

Hungary is also seceding from the ICC because they find the charges against Netanyahu unacceptable.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. Human rights are seriously under attack. I know there are a lot of problems in the world. I know there are a lot of people demanding your attention and help. If you can spare just a little bit of your time and energy your voice would mean so much in this fight.
