Maybe a call center type of job? Unless you hate talking to strangers. I’m in manufacturing, but I’m on my feet most of the day. Some manufacturing jobs aren’t like that, but it all depends. I know one job in manufacturing you could do hand soldering

can't do calls since i hate/afraid of talking on the phone. i'm also very introverted and antiscocial so the least amount of person to person interaction is best. i can sit all day which i guess is a skill? i could try standing but, something tells me that wont end well. i'd probably love a repetitive job in manufacturing or assembly. i like working with my hands and i LOVE routine.

Lobster friend, playing a Ret spec from 90-100, I have to say, Ret is fun! I'm scared to try healing as a Hpally (since they are sorta broken from what I hear) but simply being a DPS is fun! Least now I can keep up with my husband DK on the meters :P Question: how's Ret doing in PVP so far? I know I will be doing PVP someone soon and most likely will be staying Ret.

Hard to say for sure since the PVP season hasn't started yet and there's still time for another round of buffs/nerfs, but as far as skirms and WPVP and BGs go, ret feels very strong right now.

Other classes being brought down to ret's level + ret's increased personal survival has really given ret a chance to shine in WoD.  If nothing significantly changes (expect a nerf to our PVP 2pc lol) ret will be a top tier melee spec in PVP this season.  We haven't been that strong since Wrath lol.

Sorry to be a bother but I have a question to ask. As someone who has been a healer, where's the best place to begin getting gear for a Ret set? With the new expansion, I'll probably be going Ret for questing (God have mercy, I no longer have a holy shockadin spec) but I'm lost on how to obtain gear :/

Queue up as a healer in LFR or the new group finder system.  Change your loot selection to Retribution (it defaults to your current spec).  Spend many coins, loot many bosses!  

The most important piece of gear for a ret paladin is a weapon.  Be sure to coin Sha, Nazgrim, Thok, and Garrosh for a 2h weapon.  If you can snag the 2h heirloom axe off normal+ Garrosh that will be the best.  

For trinkets, coin Galakras (Evil Eye) and Thok (Tail Tip).  Paragons has a decent trinket too.  Fusion Fire Core is garbage but the cleave might be ok while questing. 

If you have some honor left over you can fill a couple slots with Prideful Gladiator's Scaled gear.
