Shadow Of War

So I decided to play this nemesis of a game once again, and on Nemesis difficulty. Got a clean slate and started a new game, and the first Orc captain I killed was known as Krakhorn the Warden. Easy kill, like it should be. Not 20 minutes later, he shows up again, but changed his name to Krakhorn the Survivor. This bugger is reveling in his ability to survive me! So I just kill him again. Things are good and all, but about another hour in, he ambushes me again, still Krakhorn the Survivor, and I easily killed him, but there has been no Decapitation on him yet...

So as far as I know, this single Orc who I have killed three times is still running around Minas Morgul, waiting for me to come around again.
