7. Your first character’s name?

It was Latù (my ranger charr) made on my bff’s account at the time, and she was named Lattu ! I also had a norn engineer, that was actually the first character I ‘really played’, but I ended up not liking engineer at the time (the irony as it’s one of my two fav class now) and played Latù (and only her) for the first year of gw i did

20. Your favorite map?

Oh boi…. hmm that’s a tough question. I think it would be Southsun Cove? It’s just so prett y….

37. Your favorite HoT event?

I’d say Verdant Brink Night !! It’s the event that I was most emotionally invested in… having to survive through the night in that new hostile environnment, and I remember how hard it was at first when no one rly knew what the f was going on hahaThough I also really like the Mouth of Mordremoth whole thing, but since I like VB’s map more, the even takes the crown :>

15. How long does an average piece take you to complete?

I can’t answer precisely since I dont really do ‘finished’ pieces on a regular basis... but a fully painted commission can take me 5 to 8 hours ? including touch-upsa sketch sorta lny drawing can take me between 15 minutes and 3 hours, depending on if my hand is responding ok, or if im in a ‘good mood’ or not

19. What is the most difficult thing for you to draw?

A lot of things ? I’d mainly say mechanics (like, actual ones) and anything industrial, be it cars, building, machines etcsIm not really good at backgrounds / installing a character in a background

20. What is the easiest thing for you to draw?

These past month i can’t say anything has felt easy for me to draw, but my defaults things to draw are faces and sorta ok bodies and creatures. I try to get better at expressions o:

25. Do you like to draw in silence, or with music?

I used to draw in silence, now I can rarely stay focused without music. Though if i fall into focus with music but the music stops, it may take me a while to realise !

12. Is it okay for people to ask you about your process?

PLEASE DO srslY its definitely okay. i think it’s great for artists to talk about it so it’s not so scary to other beginning or even experienced artists!!

13. Do you prefer to keep your art personal, or do you like drawing things for other people?

i actually?? prefer to draw for other people. it’s a weird ingrained thing i’m trying to work out of, but i’m better at taking orders to draw something rather than for myself. i like to create so others can see.

I commissioned @orcadic for pictures of my lovely werewolf children, Ffion and Kreas, and I finally got them printed out! They’re now proudly hanging on the walls of my dorm room. Thanks again for making such lovely art, Esp!!
