I have a question about the plushies. I’m pretty sure i left all my credit card info way back when and i got the email about the preorder but not one to confirm my shipping address. So I’m not sure if i have to go through the pre-order process again or... I only ask because it was so long ago and I honestly don’t remember lol.
So if you had left your info with us last time, but did not specifically say to charge your card, you have to place another pre-order.
I’m using a different system, and managing these orders myself now. The old information will only be used to make sure that the first 125 that had left info with us last time will still get their limited edition tags and stickers (regardless of which order they ordered this time). You will not be charged with your old info.
I know it’s a bit of a hassle, but a good amount of you guys cancelled orders, a good amount of you have different credit cards/shipping info now, and I had to use a different system to take info anyway.
We were originally going to reveal all the information below on the order form, but we figured it’s best if you guys know the prices and rules before the form is released! The order form will be posted July 14, at 9PM EST and will be closed once 30 albums are reached. Please take the time to make sure you have read and understood everything below the ‘keep reading’ so that you’ll be ready to order. We know this post is pretty long, but we hope it is as clear as possible!
ALBUM INFO
Each album costs $25 and will be signed by one member. There are 3 versions of the album to choose from: (1) MEET (2) FOLLOW (3) SET THE SUN
Each album comes with: 2 Individual Member Photocards, 1 Lenticular Card, CD, Photobook, Lyrics Paper. You can view more pics of the album and its contents here.
SHIPPING/HANDLING COST BREAKDOWN
(1) EMS shipping (from Mwave to us) - $8.64 per album
(2) Packaging fee - $0.50*
(3) Domestic shipping (from us to you) - depends on # albums bought and your preferred shipping method
↳ Priority Mail (2-3 days) $7.25**
↳ Media Mail (2-3 weeks) $4.00**
* We will be buying our own packaging materials, such as bubble wrap and packaging tape, so a small amount from each person will truly help! We want the albums to be well-protected before we ship them to you.
** Both methods come with tracking numbers! These prices are based on the shipping for 1 album. If you would like to order more than 1 album, we will contact you after the albums arrive and list all options available to you, based on the combined size/weight of the albums. Prices are subject to change, since we do not know the exact size and weight of the albums yet. Disclaimer for Media Mail: If the post office chooses to inspect the package and deems it unworthy of being a Media Mail package, you must be responsible for covering the difference in postage costs. This is one of the reasons why we prefer to ship through Priority!!
PAYMENT PROCESS

Payment#1 = $33.64 per album ($25 album + $8.64 EMS shipping)
↳ Due BEFORE you submit the form; the last day to order through us is July 27, but we will stop accepting orders after we reach 30 albums. Please write “YMMD#1″ in the notes section on PayPal when sending Payment#1. The notes section allows you to write a small message, but please only include “YMMD#1″ so it’s easier for us to review the payments.
↳ Due date will be determined after we receive all the albums. Please write “YMMD#2″ in the notes section on PayPal when sending Payment#2.
BENEFITS OF JOINING
— *IMPORTANT* You will have a higher chance at receiving an album signed by your bias than if you order on your own! When you buy a signed album from Mwave, they will send you one with a random member’s signature. So if we order a lot of albums through a group order, we will pool all the members’ signatures and photocards and etc together and distribute them to you according to your bias ranking, on a FIRST PAY FIRST SERVE basis!
— If you live in the US, your overall shipping might be cheaper depending on the total # of albums you order and the methods in which we ship them out to you.
— You will receive some freebies (unofficial svt photocards, cute stickers) as a thanks for joining this group order! Additional freebies are to be determined later on.
REMINDERS
— All prices are in USD. We are located in New York, USA.
— Please DO NOT back out of the group order once you've submitted the form; you must be 117% committed!
— Only submit the form AFTER you pay!! If you submit a form without sending any payment, you will not receive an album and will be banned from any future group orders.
— Once you have paid for the album(s) and we have already ordered from Mwave, there will be no refunds.
— If you've paid for your album(s) but do not pay the domestic shipping (from us to you), you will neither receive your album nor a refund.
— Please do not get mad at us if you don't receive your 1st choice signatures and/or photocards because again, we have no control over what Mwave sends us, unfortunately. We will try our best to sort everything based on what we receive!
— Please respect us and we will do the same. The albums might arrive while we are busy with school/life, but we will try to fulfill our duties as quickly as we can.
DISCLAIMERS - VERY IMPORTANT (WHAT YOU MUST KEEP IN MIND FOR GROUP ORDERS IN GENERAL)
Regarding Signed Albums and Photocards:
Since "You Make My Day" has 3 different album versions and 6 sets of 13 different member photocards (so 6 different pcs per member), it won't be easy to get the exact version+signature combo and version+photocard combo you want. We will prioritize signatures over album versions. We will try our absolute best to give you an album signed by your bias, but since Mwave distributes random signatures, we have no control over what they will send us. So it is not 100% guaranteed that you'll get your bias's signed album but the more people join this group order, the more likely you can get your bias's signed album! The same goes for the photocards!
Regarding Shipment Issues/Damages:
We have no control over what happens to the albums when they're shipped from Mwave to us. If there are any damages to the albums that happened in the process from Mwave to us, we WILL let you guys know. Before we send the albums out to you guys, we will try our best to make the albums secure! We will send you pictures of your packaged albums (after you have paid the second payment) before sending them out. Please understand that we won't be responsible for any damages/losses caused by the post office once the albums leave our hands because we have no control over them.

Hey, I saw the Amazon asks and thought I send one too if it's ok 😅😊 Amazon DE (Germany) or any EU Amazon site is usually cheaper if u want to order one or two albums. The albums are maybe 2-3 € more than on ksites but the shipping is only about 4€ or less compared to the usual 20€ shipping on ksites. However, if u want to buy 3+ albums go to ksites cause then the shipping will be free. And yes, Amazon does pre-order albums too with all the benefits. - kokorobeom 💌
