I have to say I am pretty impressed (understatement) with Smith Rock State Park, and all the Hot Springs we found in Nevada and Oregon. I saw (almost) all my favorite people and shared many a meal. Everything from roasted duck and home-grown lamb to “Indian” food out of a pouch. I’m in love with the Oregon desert. Remember, get naked and jump in every wild hot spring, forest creek, and alpine lake you can. When your days are over, you will not regret that you sat in that bubbling Hot Spring under the stars.
