Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 12 Oreo cookies, crushed. 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix. 2 cups milk. 1 cup whipped cream. Additional Oreo cookies for layering and decoration.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined. In another bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of milk according to package instructions. Let the pudding set for a few minutes until thickened. Carefully fold the crushed Oreo cookies into the pudding. To assemble the trifles, start by placing a layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom of each serving glass. Next, add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cookies. Follow with a layer of the Oreo pudding mixture.
