Officially, unless the title is an inside joke, I don't title until the end of the fic. I usually choose a line from the fic that encompasses the entire fic and reference that line.

Bonesaw projects herself as a more capable person. She's very capable already, but she tries to make everyone around her that she cares about believe she can do everything. This only works in short bursts and the longer she goes without rest, the more time it takes to recover. She wants to be like a ghost or a vision, visible to those who need her and invisible to those who want her.
