Sometimes I get high on life or love and I disappear into some kind of emotional Xanadu for a while. I love these seasons. Where everything is possible. And anything can happen. And then, for whatever reason, it’s gone. It’s hard to come down from that high place. I’m still working on it.
This new demo is a sad one. But it’s beautiful. (I promise to write at least one happy song this year…)

This white flowered hardy Hibiscus was making a great display in this front garden; possibly it was the cultivar Hibiscus syriacus 'Totus Albus' (rose of Sharon). This deciduous shrub needs a sunny location with a free-draining soil to grow and flower well.
