It’s so illogical. Saying that Snoke brainwashed Kylo when he was still in the womb (???) and when he was a toddler, but no one noticed anything ? You tell me that Force sensitive Leia didnt notice dark energy of whatever influencing her child when he was still inside her own body ? (And again, the notion of brainwashing a baby who isnt even born is ridiculous… you cant even brainwash a 2 months old baby because around that age they just think about food, sleep, pooping and cuddling… whats there to brainwash) And yeah as you say, he was already an adult when he went rogue, an adult capable of knowing what is wrong and what is right. Anyway we’ll see what really happened when ep 8 and 9 will come out.

Also from his scenes in Clone Wars, Saw has been fighting against oppressors since the Clone Wars. His paranoia is probably a result of PTSD and years of having to fight to stay alive.
Definitely. 20+ years of constantly fighting in a war will mark anyone. When you add to that that Saw for quite a lot of it didn’t have a proper support network in any way; that the rest of the Rebels just cut him and his loose when he showed them what it would take to win the war against the Empire and having people around him, following him he felt responsible for? Because Saw is not callous, he’s hard but never unemotional or unempathetic.
Honestly given all of that Saw is a miracle of mental stability. PTSD and paranoia would be the least of what most people would walk away with.

apparently my response to a vent anon is being used by those white demons to make it okay to not like john or finn because ‘hey even the black people are saying they hate him so why should we like him’. and I didn’t even say I hated him! I’m disappointed but I don’t hate him, I could never. so now I just feel so gross that they’re trying to use me like this. christ.
