*dusts off soapbox, climbs on top of it and turns on megaphone* WELL DON’T MIND IF I DO!! {This might be a tad long cause I like to ramble}
I mean seriously, come on people! Okay, now believe what you want, but Han freaking Solo was force sensitive. Whether he accepted it/realized it or not, he was. There’s no way one man has that much luck.
Okay, yes he grew up on the streets of Corellia learning and honing certain skills like persuasion and perfecting the subtlety of pulling off sneaky shit but there’s no way that went completely unassisted. Han was a kid, a confused, alone, bumbling kid, there was a very small chance of him ever pulling off any of this stuff unnoticed and we all know he’s no stranger to trouble. But somehow he always gets out of this trouble? Be it by some skill or method of persuasion.
Which brings me to my first point: who’s to say that persuasion isn’t him knowingly/unknowingly invoking the force to pull off the mind trick? Han is a smooth talker, yes but is he that smooth? Okay, yes probably, but that’s not the point. I’m willing to bet money that Han has used this to his advantage more than a few times to talk himself out of a situation. He’s had bounty hunters on his tail and other authorities attempt to or who have arrested him before and yet he slips away.
I’m also willing to bet money Han used the force to win the Millennium Falcon.
Sure, he stole Lando’s cheat card, but how exactly? Mind you, Lando is another man who also can talk his way in, around and out of anything. Lando is also skilled in the same subtle skills as Han so you think he wouldn’t notice Han swiping it? Nah, he used the force then too. Lifted it without a finger touching it and that is why Lando didn’t notice. I’m sure he could also sense if and when Lando was bluffing about his cards and knew what to play and when to play it.
To the next point: his piloting skills. Han is an amazing pilot, no doubt, I’m not taking that away from him. BUT is anyone that good without a little help? All the near misses, the close calls escaping enemies? There’s so many incidents where the Falcon could have and should have been toast but by some miracle it wasn’t. The primary one? The Kessel Run.
A run that normally takes at least 18-20 parsecs to complete, Solo completed it in 12. Granted, he took the shortcut through The Maw, but that made it an even more perilous trip. Yet, he had a good feeling about it? What feeling? He knew he would pull it off because he had his luck the force. How else could he pull something like that off based on raw skill alone? With TIE fighters on his tail at that? In a ship he was just becoming familiar with. The maneuvers alone that he had to pull off in a territory he knew nothing about would be overwhelming for anyone. I fully believe, whether or not it occurred knowingly or not the force helped guide him through that too.
Like seriously? Even as a great pilot, how do you navigate something that life-threatening without trusting in something else to help you along. Also, that gif right there just reads like he knows something the others don’t based on facial expression alone and the way he says “we’re fine.” That’s a type of confidence that only a person who truly knows they’re coming out of this alive.

Like, yes we know Han is a good shot, there’s no denying that. But behind his back without looking?? One could argue, “but they were surrounded/under attack so it’s logical to think they’d be attacked from all sides” but how could he know exactly where that buckethead was? There’s no way to know when you’re facing the opposite direction. It’s a feeling. He could sense it and he knew where to put that blaster to get that shot off with that accuracy.
I think I’ve rambled enough about this but, in short: Han Solo was force sensitive and that is a hill I will die on. I’m not saying how strong or weak he was in the force but regardless, it was there. Whether he knew it or not is up for interpretation but dealing with that ability is something Han would have never gotten to explore anyway as he grew up alone. He had no one to teach him about it or what to do with it and how to hone it. Though, it’s clear he’s invoked it on several different occasions. But I believe he possibly knew to some extent that something was different about him, inside him and sure, maybe he didn’t know it was the force seeing as he’s so adamant about it not being a thing in A New Hope but it’s always been there and he just calls it luck.
