I have used glasses since 6th grade. It started out as reading glasses but quickly became permanent. I think I was in 8th grade when I started using contacts and I have been using them way to much, ever since. I need to learn from @catesthill and wear my glasses. I also stopped throwing my contacts out in the sink. Turnes out it is micro plastic too! I have never thought about it before now, but it makes total sense.
